School of Engineering Alumni Achievement Award Nomination

Please Note: It is recommended for the nominator to read the form below in its entirety and collect the desired information before entering data. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the nominator.

Nomination Guidelines

  • Nominees must be School of Engineering alumni.
  • Awardees are selected on the basis of several factors, the most important being career achievement. Career achievement need not be in the field of engineering since many eligible candidates have followed other career paths.
  • In addition to career achievement, other factors considered by the selection committee include nominee public service and participation in professional organizations.

Young Alumni Award

  • In addition to the Alumni Achievement Awards, the Young Alumni Award is designed to recognize achievement for individuals under 40 years of age.
  • The same guidelines as above apply to the Young Alumni Award.

Please use this form to nominate an accomplished Engineering alumnus. Feel free to supplement this form with additional supporting materials (e.g. nominee's C.V./resume, news/scholarly articles by or about nominee, brief letters of support from you or the nominee's colleagues, etc.). The more details you provide regarding the nominee's accomplishments, the more easily we can provide full information to the selection committee.

PLEASE NOTE: Self-nomination is welcome.
